Return Policy
We will always accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. If the item is broken, damaged, or defective please contact us at [email protected] and return the item to our facility. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no additional charge. If the item is in working condition and you wish to return it, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale & Clearance items are non-refundable.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
